Welcome to Dollar Strategies. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://dollar-strategies.com (the “Site”), as well as any products, services, books, digital tools (including the Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™), and coaching sessions offered by Dollar Strategies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account (if available), downloading any materials, joining any community spaces we host, booking coaching, or purchasing any product (including digital products), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You also agree that:

You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract; and
If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 10). Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER (VERY IMPORTANT)

2.1 Educational Purposes Only

Dollar Strategies provides personal finance coaching, educational materials, and digital tools designed to help you build financial confidence and organization. Everything we share on the Site, in the “Invest Easy” book, through the Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™, in emails, in community spaces, and during coaching is for educational and informational purposes only.

2.2 Not Professional Financial Advice / No Fiduciary Relationship

We are not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, tax professional, accounting firm, or law firm. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not provide fiduciary services, and using our Site/products/coaching does not create a fiduciary relationship.

Any examples, worksheets, checklists, dashboards, templates, strategies, or explanations we provide are general education and may not be appropriate for your personal situation. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

We strongly encourage you to consult with qualified professionals (such as a fiduciary financial adviser, CPA, or attorney) for advice tailored to your specific situation—especially before making investment decisions, tax decisions, large purchases, or debt/credit decisions.

2.3 Investing & Market Risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market conditions can change quickly. Any references to returns, growth, diversification, “wealth building,” or similar concepts are general education and not a promise or prediction.

2.4 Results Vary / No Guarantees

We’re here to make financial education feel clear, practical, and possible—but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, level of wealth, credit score improvement, debt reduction, investment performance, or savings result. Your results depend on many factors (your income, expenses, behavior, choices, timing, and market conditions, among others), and therefore results vary.

2.5 Testimonials

Any testimonials or examples shared are real experiences (where stated) but are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (INVEST EASY BOOK & DASHBOARD), LICENSE, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Ownership

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, worksheets, templates, and the Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™—is owned by Dollar Strategies or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

3.2 Digital Product Access & Delivery

When you purchase a digital product (such as the “Invest Easy” book and/or the Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™), you will receive access via a download link, file delivery, email, portal, or other method we choose. You are responsible for:

Using a compatible device/software; and
Keeping your access link/login secure.

3.3 License (Personal, Non-Transferable) — Includes Spreadsheet Templates (Google Sheets & Excel)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital product(s) you purchased for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If a product is delivered as a spreadsheet template (including Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel formats), this license applies not only to the “file,” but also to the underlying structure, including the spreadsheet’s layout, architecture, design, workflows, categories, formatting choices that reflect the tool’s system, and the underlying formulas/functions and logic (collectively, the “Spreadsheet Template Design”).

This means: you can use the materials for you. You cannot “share the purchase” with others.

3.4 Spreadsheet Template Rules (No Copying, Reselling, or Sharing — Including Links & Files)

The Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™ and any related templates are proprietary digital tools (including Spreadsheet Template Design). You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or share any dashboard/template (or any portion of it) with anyone;
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, “group buy,” or otherwise transfer the dashboard/template or access to it;
Post the file (or screenshots/exports that function as a substitute for the product) on the internet, social media, a shared drive, or file-sharing sites;
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
Use the dashboard/template or any content to create a competing product.

For clarity, “sharing” includes (but is not limited to):

Sharing access to a Google Sheet by sending, posting, or allowing access via a Google Sheet link (even if you think it’s “view only”);
Adding collaborators/viewers/editors to a Google Sheet who have not purchased their own license;
Forwarding, emailing, texting, uploading, or otherwise providing an Excel file (or a copied version) to anyone who has not purchased their own license; and
Duplicating a sheet and giving the duplicate to someone else.

3.5 Prohibited Circumvention / No “Unlocking” or Reverse-Engineering for Derivatives or Competition

You may not attempt to bypass, remove, disable, or otherwise defeat any technical protection measures, access controls, or license management related to our digital products.

Additionally, you agree you will not “unlock” or attempt to unlock protected cells, hidden tabs/sheets, locked ranges, password-protected elements, or protected workbook/sheet features for the purpose of:

Extracting, copying, or reconstructing formulas/logic;
Reverse-engineering the Spreadsheet Template Design; or
Creating derivative works, templates, dashboards, or competing products/services.

(You can absolutely customize for your personal use—just don’t turn our system into a product.)

3.6 Template Functionality Disclaimer (User Inputs & Modifications)

We provide spreadsheet templates “as-is” as an educational tool. While we want the dashboard to work smoothly, you understand and agree that:

We are not responsible for errors caused by your data entry, incorrect inputs, or omissions;
We are not responsible for issues caused by your modifications, including deleting/overwriting formulas, changing protected ranges, altering formatting, adding scripts/add-ons, converting file types, or importing/exporting data; and
Spreadsheet performance can vary depending on your device, software version, third-party platform changes (Google/Microsoft), add-ons, and file size.

If you break it by editing it, that’s on you—but we’re still cheering you on.

3.6 Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree we can use it without obligation to you (for example, to improve the dashboard), and you will not claim ownership of our improvements.

3.7 Enforcement

We reserve the right to take action for unauthorized use, including terminating access (Section 7) and pursuing available legal remedies.

4. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

4.1 Purchases

All purchases made through the Site are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it as needed.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion to prevent fraud, policy violations, or misuse (for example, suspected sharing/reselling of digital products).

4.2 No Refunds for Digital Products (Unless Required by Law)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of the “Invest Easy” book and the Invest Easy Wealth Builder Dashboard™ are final and non-refundable once access is delivered (including when a download link is provided or a file/access is made available), unless a refund is required by applicable law.

For coaching services, refund eligibility (if any) is governed by your separate Coaching Agreement or the checkout terms provided at purchase.

4. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR & CCPA COMPLIANCE)

Dollar Strategies is committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable 2026 privacy standards.

4.1 Data We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email address, and billing information provided during purchase or newsletter sign-up.
Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited (collected via cookies).
Coaching Data: Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

4.3 Data Sharing and Third Parties

6. USER CONDUCT (KEEP IT RESPECTFUL)

You agree to use the Site and our products in a respectful, lawful way. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
Spam, phish, or send unsolicited promotions/messages;
Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm others (including in any coaching community, comments, or group spaces we host);
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, payment systems, community spaces, or any related systems;
Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated tools (including bots) to access, copy, monitor, or extract data/content from the Site (except as permitted by law or by our prior written permission);
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying methods used in our tools (to the extent permitted by law);
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Site (including by introducing malware);
Misuse any community space (including sharing others’ private information, recording calls without permission where prohibited, or distributing paid content/resources).

We can remove content and restrict access as needed to keep our spaces safe and useful.

7. TERMINATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND AI INTERACTIONS

7.1 Termination (We Can Ban Users for Violations)

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account (if any), any community space, and/or any digital product access (where feasible) at any time if we believe you:

Violated these Terms;
Misused or shared/resold digital products;
Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal conduct; or
Created risk or legal exposure for Dollar Strategies or other users.

Termination may be in addition to any other rights or remedies we may have.

7.2 Limitation of Liability (We Aren’t Liable for Financial Losses)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollar Strategies, Sheila Searcy, and our employees/contractors/agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, coaching services, community spaces, AI interactions, or digital tools/products.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, investment losses, trading losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the above, we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us anything), unless applicable law requires a different limit.

7.3 AI Interaction Disclosure (Informational Only)

From time to time, you may interact with AI-assisted features or AI associates (for example, automated help, chat responses, content summaries, or educational guidance).

You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
AI outputs are provided for informational/educational purposes only and are not professional advice (see Section 2);
You are responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions; and
We are not liable for actions you take (or don’t take) based on AI-generated suggestions.

We aim for helpful, accurate information—but you agree to use AI outputs with good judgment and appropriate professional support when needed.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dollar Strategies and Sheila Searcy from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our products.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the owner of Dollar Strategies resides (currently anticipated to be Ohio, USA), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have under applicable EU law (including applicable local laws in your country of residence).

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the owner’s state of residency, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify, and except where applicable law provides you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
